Alyssa joined Fipra in August 2016 having completed the Robert Schuman Traineeship at the European Parliament Research Service.

Prior to this, Alyssa interned at the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in Brussels, where she specialized in EU development policy. Alyssa holds a Bachelor in International Studies from Miami University, which included a study abroad programme completed at the University of Lüneburg. Alyssa also holds a Masters in European Studies from the University of Hamburg. During her studies, Alyssa focused on EU law, political economy and European social structures.  An American national, besides her native English, Alyssa speaks German.
