Clémence is an attorney-at-law, member of the Paris bar and partner at Fipra France, focusing on policy and regulatory issues, notably in the financial and digital fields.

Before joining the firm in 2011, Clémence worked at the European Commission (DG Trade – Services and Investment Unit) and at the French delegation to the OECD. A “Grand École” graduate (Ecole Normale Supérieure of Cachan, Law, Economics and Management Department, 2005), Clémence also obtained a degree in Public International Law (Master 2) from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and from New York University School of Law (LL.M. 2010).
