Daniel joined Fipra in 2011 and is a Senior Policy Adviser based in our Brussels office.

Daniel works on Brexit, international trade issues, and health systems reform – including ‘The Value of Health: Improving Outcomes’ multi-stakeholder initiative. He has authored several think tank reports and academic publications, particularly on the UK’s relationship with Europe. His analysis on ‘Scottish Independence and EU accession’ – released in advance of the 2014 referendum in Scotland, received widespread media coverage in the UK. He has also lectured on UK relations with Europe at Queen Mary, University of London, and holds a PhD on UK entry to the European Community from the same institution.
