Daniel joined Fipra in 2011 and advises on Brexit, EU Economic Governance (including the European Semester and EMU developments), and policy debates on health systems reform – particularly within the EU, OECD, and WHO.

Daniel has supported the development of multi-stakeholder reports and recommendations relating to inter-sectoral collaboration on health and well-being, and the measurement of health outcomes in health care and public health. Daniel has taught at the University of London and in Athens (Politics and History), and holds a PhD from Queen Mary, University of London. He is currently writing a book on the United Kingdom’s relationship with European integration.
