Josh is a Special Advisor at FIPRA Singapore having spent the last decade working with political parties and elected officials on policy, governance and election campaigns in countries in Asia and the Middle East. Most recently Josh led a program preparing parties and candidates for the 2015 national election in Myanmar. Josh has worked with government and political leaders throughout Asia, managing and contributing to programs in Bhutan, Cambodia, Malaysia, Mongolia and Thailand. He has an international portfolio of managing communications and consulting transitional authorities, civic leaders and emerging political parties. Prior to his work in international development, Josh spent ten years working in the New York State political system as a spokesperson, speechwriter, campaign manager, and advocate. Josh holds a Master in Public Administration from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Binghamton, USA and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Urban Planning from SUNY at Albany, USA.
