Mickael, a foreign consultant, joined FIPRA Brazil in 2011 and is a French lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar Association since 2010.

He advises and assists foreign companies in their investments and operations in Brazil on legal, regulatory, and political matters.

Mickael has broad experience in the energy, aviation, and pharmaceuticals industries and is an active contributor to the International Chamber of Commerce – ICC (Competition and Private Law & Practice Commissions) and to other legal journals and specialized publications.

He has a Juris Doctor degree in international and business law from the Université Jean Moulin-Lyon 3, France, partly completed at the University of British Columbia Law School, Vancouver, Canada, and a Master’s degree in corporate law from the Université Paris II-Panthéon Assas, France.

Mickael speaks French, English and Portuguese fluently.
