Ott is a founding Partner of one of Estonia’s most successful PA companies which joined the FIPRA Network as FIPRA Estonia in March 2011. Ott has advised on Public Affairs projects in a variety of policy areas such as Energy, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals and Waste Management. Prior to founding the company, Ott served as a Member of Parliament, Secretary General of the Estonian Conservative Party (IRL) and as an advisor to the Prime Minister. Ott is also involved in academia where he works as a lecturer of Public Policy in the University of Tallinn. Ott holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Tallinn and is finalizing his Phd studies in Public Policy. Along with this native Estonian, Ott speaks English, Russian and Finnish.
