Per Høiby

Per has been CEO and Managing Partner of FIPRA in Norway since April 2010. He came to FIPRA from one of the Nordic region’s leading strategic communication advisory firms where he was Managing Director from 2006.

Per has extensive experience working in both the political and public sectors as well as in the corporate communications industry. He has served as advisor to two Ministers of Defence and press spokesman for Chief of Defence Staff in Norway.

Born in Kristiansand, Per currently lives in Oslo and has two grown children. He speaks English as well as his native Norwegian.
