Rachel joined FIPRA in Brussels in April 2015 and is an Account Director in FIPRA’s Healthcare, Life Sciences & Wellbeing team.
With over a decades’ experience working in public affairs, Rachel advises companies and patient organisations on healthcare-related legislation and policies. Rachel also works with stakeholder alliances to develop and execute national and EU level engagement strategies.
Rachel is also the Policy Lead at W@LifeSciences, a platform for women professionals in life sciences.
Before joining FIPRA, Rachel spent five years working for the toy industry association in Brussels where she focused on issues including data protection, intellectual property rights, marketing and product safety as well as advocacy campaigns.
Prior to this, Rachel worked for the Brussels-based think tank Friends of Europe and in the Political Department of the Representation of the European Commission in Berlin.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of European Studies from the University of Hamburg.
