Laura is a Senior Account Manager in the Healthcare, Life Sciences and Wellbeing Practice . Laura advises clients in on EU  and national healthcare policy, with a particular  focus on  policies relating to rare diseases.   She has a wealth of knowledge in stakeholder management, alliance building, patient engagement and brings over ten years’ communication and advocacy experience from her work at the European and national levels.

Before joining FIPRA, Laura worked as a communications and public policy lead in a Brussels-based European patient organisation focusing on rare diseases and prior to that as a national affairs manager in a Brussels-based international pharmaceutical trade Association. 

She is a dual Belgian and Italian national fluent in English, French and Italian and holds a Master's in Information Management from Aberystwyth University in Wales, UK.
