Senior Account Executive / Account Manager in Healthcare & Life Sciences
FIPRA is looking for a Senior Account Executive/ Account Manager with a passion for health, innovation and driving agendas for change in Europe. FIPRA’s Healthcare and Lifesciences Practice has a legacy of over 20 years of delivering tangible impact. Roles and responsibilities
You will play a central role in designing and delivering high-impact initiatives:
Play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality, strategic delivery
Shape and drive advocacy campaigns, bringing together diverse stakeholders around common goals
Build and nurture trusted networks across the healthcare ecosystem, identifying win-win solutions
Deliver timely intelligence and actionable insights, leveraging both the FIPRA Network and your own
Contribute to new business development, from opportunity identification to pitching innovative approaches
Manage projects and teams, supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
What we are looking for
4-5+ years’ experience in public affairs (consultancy, EU institutions, trade associations, in-house or NGOs)
Strong understanding of the European and global health policy landscape
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with energy and accountability
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work autonomously across multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
A natural relationship-builder, with an existing network across the healthcare ecosystem and an interest in business development
