FIPRA is represented in Malta by Special Advisor, Martin Cauchi Inglott who advises organisations by analysing and interpreting external developments to help them frame internal positions in order to shape public policy.

Martin is a retired senior naval officer who previously worked as a Head of the Division within the European External Action Service (EEAS), focusing on European Union’s military outreach programmes. He works with Special Advisors in European public affairs, lobbying and communications management and has experience in business, government ministries and public interest groups.
