Christoph joined FIPRA as Special Advisor in November 2024, supporting its Transport, Travel & Logistics and Digital Practices.

His career spans two decades, as public affairs leader and for the last 6 years also as entrepreneur and investor in technology startups and scaleups.

Christoph is recognized for his deep knowledge of the aviation and travel industries, and of complex digital ecosystems. He has a proven track record of helping clients make a significant impact on political and policy outcomes.

Christoph co-founded EU Travel Tech and, from 2009 until 2018, led and grew the organisation whose members include Amadeus, Booking.com, Expedia, Skyscanner and Tripadvisor among others. Prior to 2009, he advised aviation, maritime and technology clients on policy in the EU and beyond.

Christoph holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from UHasselt (Belgium), as well as a Master in International Business from Maastricht University (Netherlands), and Corvinus University of Budapest (Hungary).
