Gaspard
van der Woude

Gaspard joined FIPRA in 2023 and currently serves as an Account Manager in the Green Transition Team.

Before joining FIPRA, Gaspard worked for four years in the non-profit sector. He was responsible for policy advocacy in various multilateral biodiversity fora such as the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES), the UN Ocean Conference, and the IUCN World Conservation Congress. He also worked on the nexus between the environment and organised crime at the UN Convention against Transnational Organised Crime (UNTOC) and the UN Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC).

Gaspard studied political science and international relations at the University of Maastricht and graduated with an MSc in International Politics from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London.
