policy impact with FIPRA
Katharina is currently allocated to both FIPRA’s Green Transition and Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice, effectively dividing her time between the two areas. With over 17 years of experience in public affairs, she is highly proficient in the development and execution of successful advocacy strategies that resonate with decision makers and stakeholders, and that rely on a compelling narrative.
Having joined FIPRA in 2012, Katharina has advised corporates, trade associations, health professional representations and NGOs. Prior to her career in consultancy, Katharina served as an assistant to a German MEP in the ENVI committee for three years, primarily focusing on matters related to GMOs, food safety, diet, and nutrition. She came to Brussels in 2000, as a blue book trainee in the European Commission’s then Forward Studies Unit.
A German national, Katharina holds an MA in Economics from the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK.
