Sebastian represents FIPRA in Spain, combining public affairs, lobbying and regulatory affairs services. Prior to establishing his own public affairs consultancy in Spain in 2000, he worked for six years in Brussels as a lobbyist.
Over the past 25 years, Sebastian has worked with a wide range of clients advising companies, associations and organizations in almost all sectors of the economy, on Spanish national and regional policy.
Sebastian graduated with a degree in Economics before earning two master’s degrees in European Affairs and Environmental Management respectively. A dual national of Canada and Spain, Sebastian speaks English, Spanish and French.
