Haoyang is an Account Manager in the FIPRA Digital and Tech, and Transport, Travel and Logistics practice, which he joined in 2019.

Before joining FIPRA, Haoyang was an Associate in a leading independent business law firm in Luxembourg. Prior to that, he was a trainee at the Delegation of the European Union to China, supporting the Trade Counsellor on a range of issues including EU-China trade and investment relations and the WTO.

A Chinese citizen, Haoyang holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing as well as a Master’s degree in law from the University of Leiden and the College of Europe in Bruges. He is based in Brussels.
