Manash is head of and one of the founding members of Chase India.

Manash has extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment and processes and deep relationships with stakeholders across diverse sectors. At Chase India, he is involved in providing counsel to the senior management across clients on engagement with the Federal and State Governments, public sector entities and other relevant agencies. He has actively engaged and advised clients on crisis management and issue resolution through well-positioned interventions with Government stakeholders.

Prior to founding Chase, Manash has worked with leading global advocacy and communication firms in the country. He has also worked closely with Members of Parliament (MPs) across the political spectrum and even served as the lead campaign manager for them. His close engagement with prominent law firms and senior counsels in India has helped him gain valuable insights into both the decision-making procedures and nuances observed by the Indian Parliament.

As a passionate table tennis player, Manash has played at the national level; he has also found a new love for soccer. He currently lives in New Delhi, spending his days with his wife and two sons. An Indian national, Manash speaks fluent English, Hindi and Assamese.
