Alina joined FIPRA in 2022. She has been working in EU Government Affairs for over 4 years, first in an EU industry association on digital and consumer policy, and then in an innovative European pharmaceutical company.  At FIPRA, Alina is advising two multi-stakeholder initiatives: one on the use of Real-World Evidence in Health Technology Assessment and Payer decision-making about highly innovative medicines, and one about fostering collaboration between European Reference Networks and pharmaceutical companies.

Alina has extensive experience working with national, European and International institutions and agencies, as well as with patient groups, NGOs and Academia. Additionally, she is actively involved in Global Health policy. She is an alumna of the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, where she earned an LLB in International and European Law and an LLM in European Economic Law.
