policy impact with FIPRA
Caroline is an Account Director in the Brussels office where she is responsible for providing strategic, political and governmental advice to clients in the transport, travel and energy sectors.
Prior to joining FIPRA, Caroline had set herself up as a policy and public affairs consultant working with multiple clients. Caroline also led Citizens Advice’s advocacy and research on the private rented sector and managed its day-to-day work on cross-market consumer policy - covering telecoms, energy, financial services, consumer and competition policy.
She has also held positions with Shelter and within the UK and European Parliaments.
Caroline has a master’s degree in International Relations and a bachelor’s degree in Politics with International Relations, both from the University of York.
