Guilherme joined FIPRA in 2021. He advises on EU vaccines policies, digital health, pandemic preparedness, and health security. He has gained particular expertise in infectious diseases and has a deep understanding of the stakeholders working in this area. Prior to joining FIPRA, he worked as a consultant for R&D and Innovation policies at EU level at leading policy-evaluation consultancy in Brussels.
Guilherme holds a MA diploma in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe in Natolin, following a BA in International Relations held at Collegium Civitas (Warsaw) and Sciences Po Strasbourg.
