Ivan represents FIPRA in Ukraine and has worked in public affairs since 2002.

Prior to joining FIPRA, Ivan developed a public affairs consultancy in Ukraine and led numerous public affairs projects serving multinationals. He has advised clients in several sectors, including banking, satellite, ICT and pharmaceutical among others.

In 2008, Ivan served as a Director for Economic Studies at Yalta European Strategy, the top meeting place for international business and policy leaders in Ukraine.

Prior to that appointment, Ivan worked on economic policy monitoring, analysis and advice at the Bureau for Economic and Social Technology founded by System Capital Management.

At the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting and in co-operation with the German Advisory Group, Ivan worked on developing policy advice for various clients including parliamentary committees, ministries, regulatory bodies and business leaders. He began his career in energy and infrastructure policy.
