Joseph provides services in public affairs and issues management. His projects are focused in the more regulated sectors such as national defence, energy, automotive, finance, and pharmaceutical.
For over a decade, Joseph has played crucial roles in supporting the initial entry of global businesses into Korea, providing market entry and market access support, legislative communications, issues management including labor disputes, transaction communications, and even exit of businesses.
Joseph served in the military as General Staff & Interpretation Officer for the commanding general of the First ROK Army. He holds a BA in English Literature from Rutgers University and has published translated works in oriental medicine.
Joseph is fluent in English and Korean.
