Li Lu is the founder and principal of GM Associates. She is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience spanning leading multinational corporations, Chinese enterprises, academic institutes, and industry associations.

With expertise in policy research, market access strategies, and stakeholder engagement, she has advised major international institutes and corporations including Amazon, Bayer, Covestro, GSK, Thermo Fisher, TE, and UPM. Li Lu has contributed significantly to key organizations such as the Beijing Academy of Social Sciences and the China International Public Relations Association.

Her academic background includes an MA in International Relations from Foreign Affairs College, an MA in International Law from Lund University in Sweden, and a BA in English Literature from the Institute of International Relations.
