policy impact with FIPRA
Philline is a Special Advisor at FIPRA Singapore and is an experienced Media and Communications practitioner in the International Energy, Climate Change and Sustainability space. Philline managed a Low-Carbon Development project in the Philippines for the World-Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) to produce a pathway for a renewable energy-based sustainable economy. On that project Philline also worked with private sector partners and high-level government stakeholders in promoting the study and aided contemporaries in Turkey, Colombia and Vietnam to produce similar reports. Previously, Philline worked as a television producer and events planning professional in the Philippines and as an online publishing editor in Singapore. Amongst other things, Philline currently consults to the multilateral Climate Investment Funds (CIF) administered by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and continues to co-own an established events management company. Born in the Phillipines, Philline has lived, worked and studied in a number of places in South East Asia. She is a fluent English speaker along with her native Filipino language of Tagalog. Philline graduated from De La Salle University in Manila in Commerce and holds a Master’s in Tri-Sector Collaboration from Singapore Management University (SMU).
